The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Under GDPR guidelines, all companies including our own at Wighill Park Guns are obliged to remove personal details after it has been processed. This means when we have replied to an enquiry on our web site. The GDPR demands greater accountability and transparency from organisations about how they collect, process and store personal information.
Wighill Park Guns do not store any enquiries on line. We delete them once we have answered your question or query. If our customers choose to leave a testimonial then they accept that it can be used on our web site. On our web site we will only publish their first name when it goes on line.
We do not sell products on line but do sell in our retail shop at Wighill Park. We also take orders over the telephone and any credit card details and receipts that have to be kept for accounting and tax purposes are kept securely under the GDPR guidelines.
If any gun or silencer is bought in our retail shop then we have a legal obligation to enter all our customers details within the Air Gun Register. By buying these goods our customers are consenting to Wighill Park Guns to keep these details on file.
We assure our customers that no details will be passed on to anyone except when applicable and legal under the General Data Protection Rules.
